Men and women both are suffering from hair loss. It is the most common issue noticed all over the world. Almost two-thirds of the population is tired of it. It's a natural phenomenon but the rate has increased terribly. There are many factors which cause hair loss. Pollution, stress, poor diet, mineral deficiency, and genetics are a few reasons. Regular Head Wash

Wash your head regularly as it will keep your hair and scalp and reduce hair loss. It will also protect the head from dandruff and infection. Use shampoo thrice a week and apply it on the scalp. Don’t go too harsh, rub gently.

Vitamins for Healthy Hair

Vitamins are not only good for the body but for hair also. Vitamin A produces sebum in the scalp whereas Vitamin E betters blood circulation in the scalp to help hair follicle. Vitamin B helps in maintaining hair color.

Protein

Increasing amount of protein in the diet helps in reducing hair loss which maintains the hair volume and also keeps them healthy.

Massage Scalp with essential oils

Before washing your head do massage your for 5-10 minutes and keep it for 30 minutes. It helps in hair follicles to remain active. Almond and coconut oil are really effective in hair growth.

Don’t Brush wet hair

When hair is wet they are in the weakest state and can easily get stretched. Don’t brush wet hair to avoid breakage. Even if you want to the use wide-toothed comb. Don’t brush hair too frequently it damages hair and leads to hair loss.
