Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)-  It is a basic hatha yoga pose.Bhujanga is a Sanskrit word which means snake.In this pose we position our body to imitate like a snake lifting its head which works on the shoulder, upper back and spine.also act as a great aid for digestion and to help purify the body.
