Supreme Court has accepted the petition filed by the National Testing Agency (NTA) to allow the release of  NEET 2023 results. As per the latest undates, NTA is all set to declare the result by the end of this week.

Earlier Bombay High Court has ordered NTA to re-conduct the examinations for the two students who were goofed up by the invigilators who gave them the wrong sets of test booklets and answer sheets. Two medical aspirants named Vaishnavi Bhopal and Abhishek Kapse had reached High Court with a plea of NTA to re-examine them by holding a separate test. They stated that when they had appeared for NEET at Shree Swami Narayan Gurukul International School at Solapur on September 12, their invigilators started giving test booklets and answer sheets to the 12 students in their class five minutes late and mixed up the booklets and sheets. Vaishnavi recieved the test booklet of Code 04 with the answer sheet of Code P4  and Abhishek recieved the booklet of Code P4 and the answer sheet of Code 04. After receiving mismatching booklets and answer sheets they immediately pointed out but the invigilators harshly silenced them and threatened them with dire consequences of causing a ruckus in the examination hall.

After going through the petition filed by these two students, the Bombay High Court ordered NTA to conduct a special exam for these 2 students. But Now Supreme Court said "We'll issue notice and stay the High Court Judgement, You announce the results. There are more than 16 lakh aspirants who are eagerly waiting for the results. We will figure out what we can do best for these 2 students (Vaishnavi and Abhishek)."
