What Food Items and Prasad to Prepare for Janmashtami 2023?

There are various kinds of Prasads that are prepared on the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami. Many different types of fruits and sweetmeats are offered to God. As little Krishna was very much fond of butter, a special type of Prasad Makkan malai is also prepared by churning homemade white butter with some sugar.
