Heart Attack is not the only disease, several other diseases are existed but most common is Heart Attack. Shortness of breath, Uncomfortable pressure, Dizziness, Fainting, Sweating, Nausea, Fullness or squeezing pain in the centre of the chest are the symptoms of the heart diseases people usually encounter.

Obesity is the prime reason for the heart attack or can be the biggest risk to invite heart diseases in your body. Excess weight strains your heart and can be increased cholesterol, blood pressure, and diabetes. So take the necessary steps to control weight. Do exercise, consume a healthy diet and be relax.

Reduce Stress

Stress can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease and if severe, can cause a heart attack or sudden death. Stress can be reduced with plenty of ideas such as regular exercise, adequate sleep, striving for a good marriage, laughing, volunteering or attending religious services. Watching TV generally does not relieve, but can aggravate stress. Also, try to avoid situations and people who make you anxious or angry.

Pizza, burger, ice cream can be mouthwatering dishes and very difficult to avoid when they come in front of you but before eating any of the fatty, high in cholesterol and high in calories dishes can be the reason of the heart attack. Saturated fat, trans fats, and cholesterol in your diet can narrow arteries to your heart, and too much salt can raise blood pressure. Eat a heart-healthy diet that includes lean proteins, such as fish and beans, plenty of fruits and vegetables and whole grains.

Aware of your Risks

Awareness and prevention is the best method to lead a healthy life and manage the risk of heart disease. The most influential risk factor for heart diseases is age – the older you are, the greater your risk. The second is your genetic make-up, In your family, if your parents, grandparents, or other relatives were afflicted with or died of heart disease, diabetes or stroke, your risk is much greater. So aware of these risks to avoid such critical conditions.

Get Regular Medical Checkups

It is a good habit to go for a regular medical check-up within 6 months. It can be very beneficial for your health and body. In any case, if you suffer any heart disease, it appears in fronts of the doctor. Any patient is suffering from heart disease, don’t skip any medical check-up.
