Three-year-old girl Sana was saved after 30 hours of rescue operation from the borewell. She under doctor’s supervision and going through treatment in Munger’s Sadar Hospital since last night. However, she has been referred to Patna for further treatment. Sana got stuck in the 110 feet deep borewell and was rescued by a team of NDRF, SDRF, and Army without suffering any injury. She was taken out at 9:45 all covered with mud.

The doctor has told that Sana is fine and responding well to the treatment. Though she vomited twice during. They hinted that the brain of the girl has been affected by the trauma she went through for 30 hours.

Sana had come to her maternal grandparents' place at Murgiyachak locality of the town and fell inside the borewell while playing around the house.

The Rescue work began immediately. A trench parallel to the shaft was dug almost 45 feet deep. She was continuously provided with food and water. Doctors also kept checking on the oxygen supply which was given with the help of pipes and cylinder.

The mother of Sana tried to talk at night and she responded. The mother is extremely happy after the rescue operation and thanked everybody involved in the operation.

BJP chief Amit Shah also congratulated disaster response services in Bihar yesterday and also wish health to the girl.
