The Dancing uncle going viral on the internet with superluminal speed.

If you’re an active netizen then there’s no chance you would’ve missed The Dancing Uncle video. It is spreading like fire in the woods. Our mysterious uncle is Sanjeev Shrivastava, 46, an assistant professor of Electronics at Bhabha Engineering Research Institute in Bhopal. He danced on Aap Ke Aa Jane Se from Govinda and Neelam's 1987 film Khudgarz and the video went viral on all social media platforms.

He showed his moves in a family function. Someone made a clip of him and uploaded on the internet. Since then he has become the internet sensation. In an interview, he confessed that he didn’t take any professional training but learned from his mother. He is inspired by Govinda. He made his Twitter account on  May 31 and by June 3, he already had over 3k followers.

Arjun Kapoor, Divya Dutta, Anushka Sharma, Raveena Tandon and many other B-town celebrities tweeted about his dance. He even received a call from Suniel Shetty. Varun Dhawan showed interest in taking lessons from him. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan tweeted "there's something special in the waters of Madhya Pradesh" that the professor's electric dance moves have gone viral across the country. The 'dancing uncle' has been appointed as the brand ambassador by Madhya Pradesh's Vidisha Municipal Corporation on Saturday.

Shrivastava mentioned that Govinda is an inspiration. In fact, Govinda saw the video himself and he seems to be quite overwhelmed by it. The actor recently shared his thoughts on the viral video while speaking to India Today reporter Laveena Tandon in London.

''I would like to say thanks. I have seen it. Achha Laga Mujhe '' said Govinda.

''Kisine bheja mujhe Mumbai mein. Mujhe achha laga. Sunita ko dikhaya maine'' added Govinda.

He always keeps his wife in the frame even though his wife isn’t his dance partner. His dance shows that age is no barrier and you’ll eventually achieve what you always chase. Sanjeev Shrivastava is winning the hearts of everyone and will continue to do so with his moves and expressions.

The Dancing uncle is making an appearance on the small screen.  On the show 'Dus Ka Dum' Sanjeev Shrivastava will perform on the stage.  A small clip is posted by Sony TV showing the glimpse of an episode in which the host of the show, Salman Khan is bursting into laughter. The moves of the man are quintessential. He posted a picture with his family and Salman Khan. Promotions of Race and The dancing uncle are setting the screen on fire.
